Business Description and Vision

Time2Train is a national provider with a Management Team that have been delivering training for employers and to individuals for over 27 years.

John Young (Chief Executive Officer) – Following a successful career in the Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service John became engaged with the Princes Trust.  This entailed delivering learning programmes to help young people fulfil their potential.  Following his success with these programmes John set up his own company Time2Train.  Time2Train work predominately with employers and individuals developing structured programmes of training, leading to recognized qualifications.

Leanne Hughes (Operations Manager) – With over 15 years experience in Higher Education Operations Management and a BA (Hons) in Business Management, Leanne joined the company in September 2023 to lead and manage the strategic development of our excellent training provision.

Heather Prentice (Quality Manager) – Qualified and experienced Training Officer, End Point Assessor, Internal Quality Assurance Officer and Centre coordinator.  Heather has worked within the training industry for over 20 years and has a proven ability to manage and deliver training strategies and programmes to the highest standard with a meticulous attention to detail and within agreed deadlines.
