At the beginning of the Apprenticeship, I felt there were some things I needed to learn before being ready to drive HGVs. I was pleased that my company were willing to invest in me. I was informed that the apprenticeship would take about a year to complete and gain my class C (formerly class 2) licence, this was a timescale that worked really well for me.
I was fully prepared by the time I took my test, and a lot of credit goes to the quality of support and help of John. John was there to help and guide me with any questions or concerns I had along the way, made me feel comfortable and relaxed about everything leading up to the completion of my licence and apprenticeship.
