Time2Train and the world are facing an unprecedented time, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and flexibility as the situation continually changes.
Learners – if you have specific questions about completing your apprenticeship, please begin with your trainers who are available via telephone and email. We will be working remotely. You will all receive a telephone call to organise email/video teaching arrangements.
Employers – if you have any queries regarding your learner remote working, progress or any other query please email info@time2train.org.uk or contact the trainer direct.
As we all prepare to navigate the days ahead, we want to take a moment to make sure that, in this extraordinarily demanding and stressful time, you are taking care of yourself, specifically as it relates to your emotional well-being. It can be overwhelming to tend to the needs of others while managing the almost-daily communication and recommendations from the government and others relating to COVID-19.
Time2Train will remain open, albeit with staff members working off-site. Time2Train will reassess the situation weekly. based on government and health service guidelines to decide whether to continue remote teaching or to return to in-person instruction.
We send our very best wishes to all of you for what is a markedly different learning experience. This is an extraordinary moment, and it calls on all of us to support each other with great care and compassion. We continue to be here for you today and in the days ahead. Please know you can reach out to us, for help and assistance at any time. If you do not have your trainers contact details please contact Time2Train on 0191 2290231 or email info@time2train.org.uk.
