Lead Traffic Management Operative – Level 2 Apprenticeship

Gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills, including:

• Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management (TTM) equipment and systems using industry-standard techniques.
• Reviewing design and technical specifications to plan signage, resources, and installation methods.
• Inspecting and maintaining TTM resources, reporting defects and faults promptly.
• Ensuring safety for yourself and others, creating a risk-free work environment.

• Supervisor qualification in one of the following: NHSS 12ab, 12c, or 12D.
• Functional Skills in English and Maths (if applicable).

• Industry-recognised certifications that open doors to traffic management careers.
• Practical, on-the-job training with real-world applications.
• A pathway to roles in road safety, construction, and traffic control.
