Chis Morton
Director

With over 25 years of experience in the traffic management industry, Chris has been dedicated to developing people and businesses since starting his career in 2001.

As Owner and Director of Time2Train, he is passionate about delivering high-quality training that supports career progressions, workforce development, and organisational growth. Chris leads by example, ensuring the Time2train team is highly knowledgeable, and committed to providing outstanding training and learner success.

Paul Thomson
Director

 Paul has been working in the training industry since 2006 and has developed extensive experience across all areas of training delivery, workforce development, and learner support. As Owner and Director of Time2Train, he is passionate about helping individuals achieve their career goals while supporting employers to build skilled, productive, and successful teams.

With a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement, Paul plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the business, ensuring that Time2Train delivers high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of learners, employers, and industry. His hands-on approach, industry expertise, and dedication to excellence have been instrumental in the continued growth and success of the organisation.

Leanne Hughes
Operations Manager

Leanne is the Operations Manager at Time2Train Ltd bringing over 24 years of operations leadership from a major UK university. She specialises in streamlining processes, strengthening compliance, and delivering high‑quality learner and stakeholder experiences.

In her role, she oversees the smooth delivery of apprenticeship programmes, ensuring consistency, regulatory alignment, and an excellent journey for employers and learners. Known for her calm, practical leadership and commitment to continuous improvement, Leanne drives operational excellence across the organisation.

Heather Prentice
Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager

Heather is an experienced Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager with over 20 years of experience in the training and education sector. Her extensive background includes roles as a Training Officer, End Point Assessor, Internal Quality Assurance Officer, and Centre Coordinator, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of training delivery, assessment, quality assurance, and operational management.

Heather is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality, ensuring learners, employers, and stakeholders receive an outstanding experience and consistently positive outcomes.

Dean Shannon
Head of Business Development

​​​​Dean is a positive, adaptable, and results-driven Head of Business Development with over 25 years of senior leadership experience and a natural ability to build, motivate, and sustain high-performing teams. He is committed to developing innovative training solutions that drive business growth, strengthen organisational reputation, and deliver measurable outcomes for employers and learners alike.

With extensive experience in sales, business development, and workforce development, Dean excels at identifying client needs and matching them with effective training and development solutions. He is highly skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and has a proven track record of helping organisations achieve their workforce and growth objectives.

As Head of Business Development at Time2Train, Dean plays a key role in expanding partnerships, creating new opportunities, and ensuring employers and learners receive high-quality training solutions that support success, growth, and lasting positive outcomes
