How We Customise Training To Meet Your Business Needs

In a rapidly changing, increasingly competitive economy, equipping the right staff with the skills, knowledge and motivation to make your business succeed is a major challenge for all employers.

Here at Time2Train we understand the pressures and challenges of running a business.

An Apprenticeship is a nationally recognised training programme which is predominantly work-based and can be used to train both new and existing employees for which funding is available from the Education and Skills Funding Agency

Right from the beginning we take time to really understand your business – what it does, what your aims and ambitions are and what you want to gain from training and development.

One of our highly experienced consultants will work with you to agree an Organisational Needs Analysis and to plan the delivery of the training you want, where and when you want it.

We are used to people who do not work 9 to 5, who work shifts and our staff work alongside yours to deliver the training and assessment during your normal working pattern.

Will My Staff Need Time Off For Training?

They will need to be released from their usual work to focus on their qualifications from time to time.  All of this work is carried out on their normal working premises, there is no need for them to have more time off to go to college.

They will need a few hours at the beginning of an Apprenticeship to undertake initial assessment tests to establish what level they are already at so that their programmes can be individual to them. They may also need to sit tests during and at the end of their programmes.

How Do I Know If Training Is Right For My Company?

Training can help to develop the specialist skills your business needs, providing the skilled and qualified workers you require for the future.

An apprentice can help you to keep pace with the latest technology and working practices in your industry sector – 57% of employers report a high proportion of their apprentices going on to management positions within the company.

We have extensive experience of working with various sectors of industry and can tailor training for different types of staff.
